Coach Shauna DiCesare was born and raised in Alpharetta, GA, and started her cheerleading career at a very young age.  From All-Stars to Blessed Trinity High School, she was instrumental in developing BT’s first competition team. After spending four years with the Blessed Trinity program, she continued her cheerleading career in college at Penn State University, where she cheered four years on the Large Co-Ed team. After graduating college, Coach DiCesare spent the next three seasons cheering in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons. During her time there, she continued to coach and judge cheerleading on the all-star, high school, and collegiate levels, including at her Alma Mater, BT. She coaches her two daughters on a local recreational team and is excited to be instrumental in developing a strong Pinecrest program. Coach DiCesare’s daughters attend Pinecrest’s Lower School, and she and her husband are expecting their first son in the summer of 2024.
