Pinecrest Academy Celebrity Golf Scramble – Get Involved!

Mark your calendars now for the Pinecrest Academy Celebrity Golf Scramble on Monday, May 21, at the beautiful Hawks Ridge Golf Club. There are many ways to be involved -- sponsor, play or volunteer!

 

Sponsor. We have many sponsorship levels available, but one that every family can take advantage of is a Family Sponsorship of a hole. A truly unique opportunity—a photo of your children or your family on a hole sign which will be signed by the participating celebrities.

 

Pinecrest families like to support Pinecrest owned businesses—if you own or work for a business that would benefit from our parents knowing about you, then sponsorship is a MUST. Another unique opportunity for this event is that your logo and company information will be on a PGA-style electronic leaderboard. All team photos will be taken with the leaderboard in the background, creating a lasting impression of your sponsorship. Sponsorships start at $2,000.

 

Play. Grab some friends and come out for a day of sports celebrities and fun! Warm up at the practice facility beginning at 9am and tee off at 11am. Each team will have a Celebrity Golfer and a caddy! Have your picture taken with the Celebrity Golfers and visit hors d’oeuvre and beverage tents as you play. If you are truly skilled, you could win a car from Billy Howell Ford by hitting a hole in one on #16.

Volunteer. We need restaurants to participate in our hors d’oeuvre stations. La Cazuela is already on board, but we need three more. Own a restaurant or have a contact? Please share. We have 15 football celebrities already on board to play, but would love celebrities from the NBA, PGA, MLB or NASCAR to join us as well. Know a celebrity or know someone who knows someone? Please share.

Sponsorship of this event will help fund a Field House for Athletics. For those who have children who play baseball, football, lacrosse, or soccer, you know how badly we need this facility. Please help the Field House come to fruition by sponsoring, playing, and volunteering to help with this event.
