Mark Your Calendar: Helping Your Children Live Their Faith

We are pleased to offer a presentation, “Helping Your Children Live Their Faith in College and Beyond,” on Tuesday, April 18.
The event takes place from 6:30-7:30pm in the Upper School Gym, with a Q&A afterwards. It is free of charge and open to the community. Panelists include Fr. Branson Hipp, Chaplain of the Georgia Tech Catholic Center, and Dr. Todd von Helms, author of Before You Leave: For College, Career, and Eternity. Pinecrest alumni will also be a part of the panel.

This presentation can be particularly helpful and enlightening for parents of high schoolers and college students, as well as high school and college students themselves, as they plan for college, career, and beyond. Ideas will be shared about how students can grow in their faith in the face of the pressures of college and young adulthood.

This event follows our Finding Your Path: Pinecrest Career Day.  High school students will attend a presentation, “How to Keep Your Faith in College and Beyond,” and will also rotate through classrooms to hear about various careers from Career Day guests, which will include Pinecrest alums!

If you are interested in being a part of Finding Your Path: Pinecrest Career Day or serving on our evening panel, please contact Mr. David O’Shea at doshea@pinecrestacademy.org.
