Stephen Frain ’09

Stephen Frain ’09 has been in Israel working on a pier project that has recently been in the news. He is stationed in Kuwait, due to return to the U.S. in mid-June. He was sent with two others from his unit to assist with a “special project" that assists the effort to bring humanitarian aid to the refugees from Gaza. It's a joint effort between Israeli, U.S., and U.K. troops.
