2020 Gala Goes Virtual: Join us on June 19!
As the COVID-19 situation is an ever-changing and ongoing influence on all that we do, we have made the decision to take this year's Gala virtual! While we still can't gather in large groups, we hope that you will see this Gala as it has always been: an opportunity to support our beloved school.
Our Development team decided to go ahead with our plans in a virtual format, rather than waiting until September, because as Pinecrest's largest fundraising event, we would like to hold this event in the current fiscal year. This will also enable us to be back on track to hold an in-person Gala in March of 2021, as regularly scheduled.
Our staff and volunteers have worked tirelessly on this year's event ,and we greatly appreciate their dedication. We are excited about our new plans and are working on all the details now.
How can you help? Pre-register for the silent auction HERE and make plans to login at 7:30pm on June 19 for our virtual Gala. We will send the Google Meet calendar link and other details as soon as they are available.
If you have art projects or items for gala baskets, please bring those to the front office at the Lower School as soon as possible.

Raffle Time!
Please remember to drop off any remaining raffle tickets and money during your student pick up day the week of May 26-28, or at the front desk of the Lower School. We plan to pull the winning raffle ticket during the live portion of the virtual Gala on June 19. T
his year's raffle is now a 50/50 raffle, so the winner will receive half of the total amount raised. We will be selling tickets during the pick-up days, so if you would like to purchase some, just let the Development team know. Thank you for supporting the Gala Raffle.
